Terms of service

Last updated 5 November 2026

The agreement between you and us, in plain language on purpose. If you are a consumer rather than a business, the law gives you rights that no contract can take away, and nothing here tries to.

Who you are agreeing with

count23 OÜ (registry code 16892779), Pähkli, Salu küla, Saaremaa vald, Saare maakond, 94635, Estonia. Contact: info@minuaeg.ee.

What the service is

MinuAeg records time against projects and tasks and turns it into reports and invoices. Depending on your plan it can also capture and annotate web pages, and be reached through an API and AI assistants you connect. You get a workspace and can invite others into it.

You can use it as a business or as a private individual. If you are a consumer, the section on changing your mind gives you more than the rest of this agreement, and it wins where they differ.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. The same goes for API tokens: anyone holding one can do what the token allows.

You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what the people you invite do there.

One person, one account. Do not use the service to break the law, to harm anyone, or to disrupt the service for others.

Your work belongs to you

Everything you put into MinuAeg stays yours. We store and process it to run the service and for nothing else. You can take a copy whenever you like, and delete it by closing your account.

If you put other people's personal information into your workspace, such as your clients or colleagues, our data processing agreement sets out what we may do with it. It applies automatically and forms part of these terms.

Plans and paying

There is a free plan with limits. Paid plans are charged per workspace, not per person, monthly in advance through Stripe, until you cancel. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the site before you commit, and include any tax that applies.

If a payment fails we do not cut you off immediately. The subscription is marked overdue and the workspace keeps its paid features for 7 days while you fix the payment. After that it falls back to the free plan's limits. Your data is not deleted for non-payment.

You can change plan or cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. A change of plan takes effect immediately and the difference is charged or credited. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund a part-used month, except where the law says we must.

Changing your mind, and getting money back

If you are a consumer, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a contract made online, without giving a reason.

Because a subscription gives you the service immediately, the right works like this: by subscribing you ask us to start straight away. If you withdraw within the fourteen days, you pay for the part of the period you used and we refund the rest.

To withdraw, write to info@minuaeg.ee within fourteen days of subscribing. No particular form of words is needed.

Separately: if the service is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to have it put right, and to a price reduction or a refund if we cannot. Nothing in this agreement removes that.

Any refund goes back the way you paid, without a fee, within fourteen days of your withdrawal.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and take nightly backups, but we do not promise it will never be down or never lose anything.

We are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.

These limits do not apply to death or personal injury, to fraud, to intent or gross negligence, or to anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by this section.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time from your profile. It is immediate and permanent: your account, and everything in a workspace only you belong to, invoices included, is deleted. Take a copy first if you need one.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. We will tell you why and, unless the breach is serious or we are not allowed to, give you a chance to put it right first.

If something changes

We may change these terms or the prices. If a change affects you, we will tell you in the app, and by email where it is significant, at least thirty days before it takes effect.

You can cancel before it takes effect; if you do, the old terms and price apply until the end of the period you have paid for. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.

We will not change what you have already paid for retroactively.

Language, law and disputes

These terms are published in Estonian, English and Russian. If the versions differ, the Estonian text prevails.

Tell us first if something is wrong: info@minuaeg.ee. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.

Disputes we cannot settle go to the Estonian court with jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may instead go to the courts of the country you live in, or bring a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, ttja.ee.
